These Beef Meatballs are noting like Itlian Meatballs....actually they are the exact opposite...Firm..Flavorful...and they provide a nice textural contrast to the soft rice noodles we serve with our Pho. We may have seasonal specials for the Vegetable and Salad Category so please feel free to ask! Discount Pricing takes effect with the order of 2+ Trays. Orders should be made 24 hours in advance and require a 50 percent deposit. Orders may be canceled 24 hours prior to the catering date and time but 20 percent of the order cost will be deducted from your deposit Delivery may be provided on a case by case basis.
