How the Ordering Process Works
- Customer uses your apps, views your Facebook page, or visits your website
- Your customer starts by using one of your custom-built apps (Facebook, iPhone, iPad, Android), or by clicking on the "order now" button on your website.
- Customer browses your menu and chooses items
- Alternatively, your customer can re-order something with a few clicks. Or, they can initiate a group order.
- Customer places the order - we charge their credit card
- We charge the credit card and keep it on file to make future orders even faster.
- Your ChowNow tablet rings and flashes
- Tap the screen to see the order.
- You review the order and tell the customer when it will be ready
- You'll see the order in a detailed, easy-to-read breakdown. Tap a button to tell the customer when the order will be ready for pick-up or delivery.
- You process the order just like a phone order
- Looks good? Process it just like a phone order — enter it into your POS, write it down, yell it to the kitchen, etc.
- Payment is processed
- The payment is electronically transferred into your bank account.
